This website and the course(s) offered on it are owned and operated by Uriel Kramer (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this website and purchasing the course, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

1. General Information

This website offers a premium online course focused on portrait editing in Photoshop, available to customers worldwide. All content is the intellectual property of the owner and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without explicit written permission.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the course or have permission from a legal guardian.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is made through our secure checkout system, provided by Isracard, and may be subject to additional processing fees depending on your location or payment method.

4. Access to the Course

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course materials via email or user dashboard. Course access is non-transferable and intended for individual use only.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction and comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including those of the State of Israel.

Cancellation of a purchase will be granted in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771–2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981.

You may request to cancel your purchase by contacting us via email at UrielKramer@gmail.com.
If eligible under applicable regulations, your payment will be refunded within 14 business days, minus any non-refundable transaction or processing fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, texts, images, and course materials, are protected by copyright laws and remain the property of Uriel Kramer. No part of the course may be duplicated, sold, or redistributed without written consent.

7. Disclaimers

We provide the course “as-is” with no guarantees regarding results or outcomes. Your success depends on your own effort, experience, and engagement with the materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this course or website.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
